1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pushreport ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Service is operated by Finestack ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pushreport is a software-as-a-service platform that connects to your version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab) and uses AI to generate plain-English summaries, risk assessments, and business impact analyses of code commits for non-technical stakeholders.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pushreport.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to process or transmit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. Charges begin after any applicable free trial period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by Finestack and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and code repositories. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to access and process your repository data solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated summaries and analyses are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finestack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Finestack is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service.
